Eating habits 

Hello! 👋I'm Josef, I'm from Peru🇵🇪. For breakfast I eat toast and I accompany it with oats and milk y it is very rich.😌

At lunch, I eat grilled chicken y and I accompany it with salad 🥗 and stews.

At dinner I eat something lighter, tea ☕with biscuits🍪 and avocado 🥑, sometimes when I am away from home I go to the restaurant to eat my eighth of chicken🍗 with all its creams and I accompany it with chaufa🍛 rice and plantains frieds.
